Niloofar Razi Howe
Niloofar is a Board Member of Recorded Future, IREX, and Sibley Hospital. She is also a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
She was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at RSA. She joined RSA Security in 2015 to lead corporate strategy, corporate and business development, and business operation and planning. Prior to RSA, Niloofar was the Chief Strategy Officer at Endgame for close to 3 years working with to bring sophisticated security products to the market for the U.S. government & commercial enterprises. Before Endgame, she was Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group where she spent 9 years leading the investment teams of this $1 billion PE fund focused on the national security sector. After her tenure as Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group, she served as the Operating Partner for three more years.
Niloofar graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and received her B.A. from Columbia College. Niloofar’s non-profit work includes serving on the Board of Sibley Memorial Hospital as chair of its Investment Committee, Vice Chair of Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation, as well as Vice Chair of Global Rights, an international human rights organization.
