The Honorable W. Bowman “Bo” Cutter

Bo Cutter has had a distinguished career in government and private business, serving most recently as a managing director of Warburg Pincus, where he was the firm’s economist and a leader in its international business sector. Mr. Cutter served as the leader of the Office of Management and Budget transition team after the election of President Obama and served two other Presidents with distinction: as director of President Bill Clinton’s National Economic Council and Deputy Assistant to the President, and as Associate Director of OMB for President Jimmy Carter.  He is Chairman of the board of CARE, and is a founder and Chairman of MicroVest, a leading global microfinance fund with more then $100 million in assets under management.
